Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online jewelry store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at Info@SapphireSK.com to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product.
  3. Ship the product to us at the address provided in our response to your return or exchange request. We recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. We will then issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
  5. Please note that custom-made jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  6. Please note that 'clearance' or 'on sale' jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged

 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If you are exchanging a product, we will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.

Contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We can arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders that are in stock and placed before 3:00 PM (EDT) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EDT) will be processed and shipped on the next business day. When ordering custom-made jewelry, keep in mind that it may take up to three weeks to be ready. Rest assured that we will notify you once your order is ready for shipment.
  3. Shipping Addresses: We ship our products to the shipping address you provide during checkout. Please make sure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  4. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of the product. The shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping to the USA on orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on our website.
